It was in new condition not damaged at all. Easy to track via text/online. Would definitely order from Best Buy. Got this controller for $39 around Thanksgiving.

Awesome replacement or semi upgrade

The d pad and thumb sticks are gray this controller I believe is the one that comes standard with the PS4 pro.

Somy did a great job in making improvements to the PS3 model of this controller. Feels a bit heavier, but sturdier and the buttons and joysticks just sit better on the thumbs.

I haven’t used all of them but I don’t have really any serious gripes with this standard DualShock 4. I do wish they would improve the quality and size of the thumb sticks. They are acceptable but I much prefer sticks that are the shape and size of XBOX controllers. It’s far from perfect but it’s even further from broken.
