It is a ps4 controller. It connected with out any problems and worked great.

When I’m playing with the controller it’s smooth when I control it and doesn’t seem that the buttons are in any bad condition

Great color. Easy to order. Works well, but for the price, it should include the charging cord. I had to buy that separately.

Not much to say about this particular item...either you need an extra PS4 controller or you don't. Pro: Like most others have said, it's one of the best modern game controllers ever made. Most of the design's the same as what's been around for several years now, but this time they tweaked the overall feel just right. Con: Also like others have noted, the battery life on these things is a joke. Hoping Sony will provide some sort of update in the future to make these things less juice-intensive. And it's an internal rechargeable battery, so you can't just pop in new ones whenever you want. (Which also means they'll eventually stop holding a charge at all, and then yay! You get to buy a brand new one.)

Works as advertised. I bought the PS4 system; Destiny Edition. I like the white color.

Decent control the Xbox control is a better though. If you need a control for PS4 might as well use this.

I love the feel of these controllers. They fit so nicely in the hand compared to several others (I've used ps3, gamecube, xbox, xbox 360, n64, nes, snes, psvita, 3ds, etc as a comparison). I like the direction sony is taking with these because they have motion sensor, track pad, and regular buttons. If you can catch these on sale do it and get the warranty just in case.

The dualshock 4 controller is an absolutely amazing controller! It feels very comfortable in your hands, it has a textured back that is a little grippy for intense gaming sessions, and is an all around good controller. The sticks on this controller are vastly improved from the last ten controllers except for the durability. The durability of the sticks is the only reason this controller isn't getting a 5 star rating. They feel wonderful and the concave shape is helpful but the sticks on the controller that came with my ps4 are already wearing out and I have only had it a year. I am an adult and I take good care of my possessions I am not rough with the controller but the sticks tear up quite quickly.
