Excellent customer service. The controller itself left something to be desired but that's not Best Buy's fault.

A basic controller that is awesome. No problems does its job.

I bought two controllers for my grandsons. One was berry blue and one was orange. Great colors. Very happy with my purchases and they were very happy with there gifts.

Purchased this controller and within 2 days of light to moderate use, the left stick would cause your onscreen character to have jitters and stuttering, as well as drifting. This is the second colored controller to do so, the first was a gold one which started a few months after use. The black controller included with the PS4 has started displaying similar behavior but only when L2 was depressed. I returned the controller and was disappointed to find out that they're all sold out for the time being. This must be a widespread issue since a quick search online reveals this to be a common problem. My recommendation: Don't bother buying the DS4 controller from Sony and buy a decent 3rd party controller. This is unless you're willing to shell out money to repair the DS4 or able to open it up and replace faulty components. In other words, the DS4 is trash and there must be quality control issues with them.

I was scared I would not know how to start up the controller, however, it was the most simple thing ever. My daughter read the instructions and within 8 minutes, had the controller connected and working with the PS4.

Good except for top of sticks shape isn't good for long term play with high intensity. My thumbs get sore and ache and I will stop playing sometimes for this reason.

This controller was actually cheaper just because it was a red… So I jumped on the opportunity to save a little money. It’s the exact same as the regular controllers except for the color

Controller worked for almost 2 years. No longer working was not because of quality. It was the favorite. Would like to find another the same color.

has better grip then the one that comes with the ps4

I got this on sale at a great price. Transparent red was a must. I wanted a remote I that could locate easily. Grip and feel around the hands was great. This will also work on a ps3 but it’s very limited.

The same DualShock 4 controller that you know and love, but this color scheme is one of the better ones released thus far. The muted tone contrasts well with the apparently required by law black rear and lower pieces.

Caught this on sale and had to get it. Great deal!

So, I actually thought this was silver (Im partially color blind). It has a metallic sheen. I gifted it to a friend, not knowing it was pink. Now its comes up every time we talk.
