I had no promble with the system or remotes. they force you to buy the new system buy not selling the old remotes or system which sucks.... my Moto is if its not broke why fix it.

Bad experience with Playstation customer service

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a new DualShock 4 Controller; I could use it for 2 days until the battery ran out, then connected to the PS4 overnight to get changed, and then it died. I tried with other changes and cables, and nothing. Since I threw away the original box, Best Buy could not accept the exchange or return the malfunctioning controller. The Sony warranty process has been a nightmare; I had to send it to a repair location in TX, but they don't update the status online. Playstation chat support does not give any information—deplorable customer service. PLEASE, PLEASE, don't throw away the original boxes. Next time, I will get a Best Buy warranty to avoid these issues

It’s a gorgeous color & has great battery/play life. I don’t let anyone use it lol.
