Horrible Product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Literally this is the second PS4 purchase in 7-months and the SEVENTH PS4 purchase in under 18-months. Controller Connectivity Lag and Toggle-Drift has been the constant problem. I’m not sure how many people look forward to spending $64.99 roughly every 3-4 months for product that so poorly made it’s ridiculous. So if Sony’s “Illustrious PS5” Game station and controllers are anything remotely like its predecessor, NO THANKS!

Be Careful Buying Open Box

Funny how they marked this as “open box” when it didn’t even have a box. They shipped me this piece of crap with a ziplock bag. The controller is in an extremely gross state. There’s dirt and filth caked in the sides and directional pad. Heavy signs of use even though Best Buy marked it as “excellent” I’ve never returned anything so fast.

I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH SONY BC BEST BUY WOULDNT REPLACE OR FIX MY CONTROLLER UNDER A YEAR. IT DOESN'T HAVE A SERIAL NUMBER OR BAR CODE ON THE BACK AT ALL. AND THE MODEL NUMBERS START WITH CUH. THIS ONES IS ONLY NUMBERS. SONY IS RN TELLING ME THEY SOLD ME A KNOCK OFF CONTROLLER

Terrible experience

I purchased this controller in "excellent condition". It came with a hole in it. I requested a replacement and the replacement was also broken. When i went to the store to return it, the lady who worked there yelled at me and wouldn't let me return it.
