Had to replace my husband’s PS4 controller and was having a hard time finding one in stores, everyone was sold out. Was happy to get one online at Best Buy. Works great and arrived quickly

Love the shock controller . Only downside is play games where I’m rough on joysticks which cause stuck drift.— I just make sure I pay the insurance on everyone I buy!!! That way if it breaks in 2 years I replace it with exact item for free and Best Buy let’s me pay $20 bucks to pay to protect the new one for another 2 years…best protection plans for expensive electronics is HANDS DOWN Best Buy!!!!

This is a high quality PS4 product. I have bought controllers in the past for a range of consoles that have the controller deteriorate after a few months, usually in the form of the joystick. No issues here, great controller

This product is very good for gaming on ps4 such games like madden 21 and gta5 hold charge very well and is easy wipe off dirt and stains nice grip handle very lite and warranty is good for this product

Great controller and plus we have the insurance on it which is amazing fir 2 years for 20 bucks well worth it in my opnion eater spills anything basically

I got this on my birthday because my favorite color is navy blue and I've never let go of this since. It's my go to whether I'm on pc or console and the color is just perfect.

vary good controller ps4 controllers last me longer the other controller that i get so it saved me good money

i needed to buy this as a replacement to my older controller that came with the 1st gen ps4. the color is great and the light bar in the touch pad is a great feature as well

Love buying the controllers from Best Buy. I had to get the warranty on my controller as well. I had bought a controller from Amazon and what a terrible mistake that was. They sold me a fake. It didn’t even work properly after two months of use and I put mine in a case and play gently. I love the quality I got from Best Buy, as well as the service. I ordered it and it was sent and received within the week if not two days after purchase. I’ll continue to buy my electronics from Best Buy. I’m very happy. But always purchase the warranties, you just never know and if they don’t offer them then stay away from that seller. Make sure your buying the right stuff, from the right places. I recommend Best Buy as we all know, it’s all authentic there.

Good controller. Sold my PS4 pro with all my controllers when I got the ps5. Had VR and the ps5 controllers don’t really work with it. So had to buy a new PS4 one :|

This controller was in perfect condition as described.

Great controller, feels much better than the PS3. The share button and built in speaker are really good. It brings a better experience to your game play. Unfortunately the battery life and light bar kills it a bit. Was disappointed that it didn't come with a USB/charge cable. The controller output is different than the PS3 one, so you will need to buy one or buy the charging station. Fortunately the PS4 system came with one. Overall it's a good controller but needs a software update for the battery life and light bar.

Cant go wrong. The white is nice tho lol However I’m pretty sure i already broke it slightly but that’s definitely me being a destructive person and stepping on it. Should be cheaper tho but that’s on Sony

Great quality controller, much and much better than old version. Touch buttons are more smooth and battery last all day. I really recommend it to everyone, unfortunately I couldn’t buy it on sale.

It’s a DualShock 4! You’ve probably already used one! And if you haven’t… well you’re about to find out! Works great with iPhones, androids, and PC’s too!

I mean I have two other controllers for my PS4 but I can’t help but love the color of this one! Plus it really cuts down on time searching for my black PS4 controller on my black couch -_- plus it works like a dream!

These controllers are made with good quality. And as long as your thumb isn't to heavy, the stick will last.

My nephew loved his wireless controller. I highly recommend for PS4 users
