Works like we expected. Attached to the game system and it worked just like the one that came with the game.

Needed a new controller, picked this one for the color, it’s a nice matte dark blurple, maybe a dark navy blue. I like it.

This PS4 controller is part of the Crystal Collection offered by Sony, and is very reminiscent of the old PS1 & PS2 transparent controllers. This is one of the best version of the controller, as it has the lightbar on the front and firm grips, and is often on sale at Best Buy for ~$40 (I have seen it twice now in 3-4 months). Would definitely recommend to friends.

A major improvement over the Dualshock3. My only gripe is the battery life. But that's not a deal breaker. Feels good in your hands.

There is a huge difference from the PS3 and PS4 controller. The PS4 one feels so much better than the old, and long session gaming tends to be much easier with the new shape and feel of the dualshock. There was an issue with battery life, but since the 1.70 system update, you can now select to dim the light on the controller, which saves some time. Now im only charging once a day or 2, depending on my session time.
