I was shopping around and tried other brands, but in the end, I went with the quality, fit, finish, and compatibility of an OEM product made by the manufacturer. A little more expensive, but absolutely no regrets buying the best model available. Other versions have additional buttons, but there are few games that I play that utilize them.

I had not realized that PS had actually changed the design of the dual shock controller it is slight but now there is little slit that allows the color light to shine through on top. I thought this rather cool. If ur a PS fan you will like the controller. The control sticks and buttons seem to hold up to constant gaming.

After one of my controllers started to experience drift on a stick and cleaning and resetting it didn't resolve the issue, this became a necessary purchase. This newer DualShock 4 is an excellent controller with some nice minor improvements to the one that came with my original PS4. When pressing down on the 4 main buttons, there's a sort of soft resistance that feels nice, particularly on games where you're holding them down for extended periods. Also, there is a small line at the top of the touch pad where the light from the front light bar is visible, which is a nice added feature, particularly on games that vary the color based on context. I'm excited to eventually get a PS5 and try the new DualSense controller, but until then, this works great on a PS4 and is an easy purchase if you need an additional controller or a replacement.

This joystick looks good, feels good, and so far my 9 year old has been playing with the controller and it is not destroyed. This is a good, quality joystick.

Hey there! I wanted to share my thoughts on the PS4 controller, also known as the DualShock 4. First off, I gotta say, it’s super comfortable to hold! The way it fits in my hand makes gaming for hours a breeze without feeling fatigued. One cool feature is the touchpad – it adds a whole new dimension to gaming. The analog sticks and triggers are super responsive, giving me precise control, which is awesome, especially in intense gaming moments. I love the built-in speaker and motion sensors; they really amp up the immersion in games. And the battery life is pretty good – I can usually get through a decent amount of gaming before needing a recharge. The only downside I’ve noticed is that with heavy use, it might not hold up as well over time. But overall, the DualShock 4 is a solid choice for any PS4 gamer out there.

I was concerned about upgrading from my PS3 to the PS4 but everything has been great. This controller is similar enough to the PS3 version that I did not struggle at all with it. The ergonomics are great for everyone from my 10 year olds to my 15 year old and even this old man. Sony always makes a quality product and this is no exception.

It’s a solid remote that gets the job done. Feels good in the hands. Wish there were more colors available or the remote was cheaper.

The color is great and the battery lasts about twice as long as the older version, which is great. One thing to lookout for on these revised dual shock controllers though is that the edges where the seams connect on the handles don't seem to align well anymore. We have purchased 4 new ones in multiple colors and they all have the same defect. This causes the controller to feel rough in your hand and actually cause irritation after long periods of use. We had to scrape down the edges at the seam to make them feel smooth.

excellent product for hamming purposes. It has a nice feel with hand control. Very simple to use for younger kids. My granddaughter loves using this controller.

I stay with the manufacturer controller for the quality. The original controller is still the best for me. Solid construction, good batter, great connectivity. Never any issues no matter what game is played.

Works great! My old controller was starting to drift so I decided to get a new one and I don't regret it. The controller came packaged well with no damages. It was brand new and played flawelessly. The red is also a nice touch!

Basically what you have is the standard PS4 controller just in a bright blue shell. The colored controller is a little slicker than your standard contoller. Note sure why that is since they are all made out of the same type of plastic but it is. Same old dog no new tricks. Unless you what a controller you can specifically claim as your own in a house of gamers, there is no need to pay the extra $10 and get a colored controller as there are no advantages to the change. However if you like mods as most gamers do, changing up from the standard black contoller is a nice change.

I wanted to try unofficial controls for the price, but having this control definitely removes all doubt about buying an original control. Nothing like its quality, weight, functionality that does not fail.

Love the design of the ps4 controller and I got this one on sale for a $5 discount plus used rewards for another $10 off! I do look forward to a less expensive version knockoff though since the normal price is pretty high. I highly recommend the best buy warranty on everything. I have used it multiple times without any hassles.
