good controller but badly made

Ive had so many problems with controllers for the ps4. One of them the battery died and wouldnt hold a charge. Xbox offers removable battery packs! Another problem is the dualsticks rubber/plastic tips wear away within weeks! Wake up Sony your customer loyalty might slide dowb the drain with bad products! Lucky the most recent controller I bought in bestbuy had a coverage plan for like 6$ id give it another month or two before something breaks inside it A+++ BestBuy C--- Sony
