It was stay in place be my console would take it as if I was moving it up so when I would play out of no where my aiming was off. It’s a good replacement

They just don't hold up long

I play games approximately 10 hours a week. I'm not rough on my controllers. One of the analog sticks will start sticking. I clean it, take it apart and clean it. Doesn't fix the issue if sticking. Be sure to pay for the replacement warranty and you'll be good to go.
