I like the longer handles compared to the ps3 controller, but the touchpad takes some getting used to. The speaker is a neat touch for games that have others talking to you, as the sound comes out of the controller as well as the tv.

This is probably the most important feature of the new controller, but many users will likely not use it. It also appears to have updated thumb sticks which seem to be an improvement from the previous revision.
