This is a replacement for one I purchased at Christmas. I bought the protection plan and am glad I did. Best Buy was very nice about replacing it with this one. They didn't have any in stock so they sent one to my house at no cost.

I love the white and gray color on this controller. The other colors were do not stand out as much as this one. Best color available right now.

Okay, this is not Best Buy’s fault, lemme make that clear. The whole purpose of me buying this was because I honestly did not take care of my last two controls and they both started drifting. Since the ps5 has different controls I decided to finally buy me another ps4 control since idk if they will always sell them. At first it worked 100% and I was excited no drifting. However, a week and a half after buying, the right joystick is drifting. I have taken 100% great care of this controller this time and it didn’t last long before drifting. To be honest, I could have taken it back for a refund or repair would have even been ok but I got lazy and I think too much time has passed now. Either way, I’m very dissatisfied with how this occurring problem happened so quick. What is going on sony? I’ve always been a Sony fan but these drifting joysticks need to stop.

i purchased the standard wireless controller to replace one that had been damaged. As expected it is a quality item in every way.

It's a basic controller so there's not much to say about it. Why they only carry ugly white is beyond me.

Very amazed, dramatically improved over the last generation controller and best in the marker for comfort, gameplay and easy to use plus having the headphone port makes it even better than worrying about a Bluetooth headset dying or USB being pulled or stepped on when playing on the floor near kids.

Wake with all playstation controllers as is an excellent controller especially if you love green camel

Perfect for what was needed to have multiple players. Duplicate of the original controller. Just a bit pricey for one.
