I prefer a more ergonomic shell and the left thumb stick and left dpad seem to be switched. Good controller regardless.

They improve on their controller all the time. Only CON is that there have to be improvements. This model seems to be working well so far though. Prior controllers I would have issues with triggers, last one the right joystick. My tip, buy a protection plan... its worth it.

They shipped the DS4 in a paper bag!

Lithium battery in these things and it looks like a truck ran over it. Ship things like this in box. Good thing I didnt buy a laptop. Oh and these are out of stock everywhere now so no exchange. Chat support was useless.
