I guess it's a typical problem though!!!! Always purchase a protection plan Best Buy replaced it no problems!!!! TU BESTBUY!!!!

3rd controller

I think these controllers are cheaply made and are designed to break . The first one was stepped on & broken in half. The second was malfunctioning upon its purchase . The only reason the rating was so high is because this purchase was the color blue
