They stay charged long enough for many hours of play. It also helps to have extra controllers just in case someone forgets to charge theirs. Love that they vibrate according to what is going on in the game.

Functionally it's as great as the rest of the PS4 controllers (I especially love the fact that the controller has it's own speaker, and you can plug in you headset directly into the controller!). This particular color was awesomely cliché for Call of Duty gaming!!!
