Very good controller. Last a long time. Very well built.

This controller is one of the best feeling controllers I've ever used. It fits wonderfully in your hand. The only thing that I do not like is that the battery is non-removable, which means I have to hook it up to a cable when the battery dies during binge-gaming episodes. My console is not that close to my couch, so having to be tethered to the PS4 while playing means either getting a longer charging cable or always having a backup controller that's already charged. I do realize that the current battery configuration allows for the controller to be more streamline and lighter, though.

It's the normal Sony PS4 DualShock controller, so just as I expected it to be. Works well, solid quality, good control layout and all of the buttons are easy to reach. No finger stretching required.

the older ps4 controller in that this model is more responsive and the extra light bar is nice as well. Battery life seems to be a tad better than the older controller and the extra light bar doesn't seem to lower battery life at all. I regret not buying more during black friday but lesson learned. Highly recommended

We love the feedback from the controllers. It is also nice to be able to dim the lighting on the front. I am still getting used to having the touch pad on the top of it. We just upgraded from the PS3 and the controllers feel just a little different in the hand but still a great design for ease of use.

Looks new PS4 controllers over the older ones. The battery lasts a lot longer, the thumbsticks are more rugged and have a better grip on them, L2 and R2 buttons are more springy (a good thing), and the thumbsticks also feel way smoother when moving them around. Feels great

I bought this for my husband. He says that the dual shock is his preferred controller. I bought the extra insurance this time as he's pretty rough and goes through them to fast for my pocketbook. Lol

Excellent product - I have 3 for most than 2 years and works perfect with a regular (3 to 4 times per month) use for our ps4 and now we integrated it to the Apple TV for Apple Arcade games with out any problem.

Controller is great for the feel and battery life. The microUSB can break easily and isn't too secure. Using on PC can be a hassle.

Bought on sale and couldn’t be happier. I have a controller for each member of the family now. This particular controller is connected to our Apple TV and has helped get full functionality out of that device. Can’t beat first party accessories. Would buy again

It’s a PS4 controller. Made by Sony. Have you ever used a play station before? It’s a controller. It works well, it’s better than an Xbox controller (-personal opinion) why buy from Best Buy? Simple: Because you can get a warranty. Buy your next controller from Best Buy!

My last v2 control still working (2 years using it) i just buy this because i living with my GF now hehe, best controller!

Why am I reviewing this item?? For the points. We all kow that these controllers are top quality and the easiest to use out of any game system except for the old Sega and Nintendo's. You have tons of buttons to use that do many things. Great controller but really expensive so buy one on sale like I did.

Dual Shock 4 controllers are great. But when you game heavily, expect the batteries to maybe last two years. I recommend the protection plans because of this.

I like the color and the functuality. It is very ergonomic

I looked around for one of these and looked at reviews and everywhere had either fake ones or used ones. Me personally i rather get quality and pay the extra few bucks
