You feel much less hands fatigue during and after a long gaming session. The analog sticks work well. Just enough dead zone and resistance of the sticks. The texture of the controller is grippy, but not rough.

I had to get the warranty on my controller as well. I had bought a controller from Amazon and what a terrible mistake that was. They sold me a fake. It didn’t even work properly after two months of use and I put mine in a case and play gently. I love the quality I got from Best Buy, as well as the service. I ordered it and it was sent and received within the week if not two days after purchase. I’ll continue to buy my electronics from Best Buy. I’m very happy. But always purchase the warranties, you just never know and if they don’t offer them then stay away from that seller. Make sure your buying the right stuff, from the right places. I recommend Best Buy as we all know, it’s all authentic there.

These controllers seem to sell out quickly after being back in stock. I wish I bought a couple more when they were on sale for $40 a couple years ago around Christmas.

They have changed a bit this new one feels more durable. I like how you can now see the light through the touch pad so you know if the controller is active or not. Good buy!
