Works like it should for PS4. After fulling charging, it will keep charged for 10hrs of atraight game play before having to be plugged in to charge. I like the blue color on this control. Was the same price as one from Gamestop, but has a way better return policy. Plus if you can find it cheaper, they price match.

Easy to pair to PS4 console. Works well and fits great in the hand. Charge last a long time.

Works great it's original and connected easily to the PS4

Needed a new one and this controller didnt disappoint. Love the color and works great !

I had the original release version, and decided to go for this 2.0 version. Why? Because I was having an analog stick issue where my character would frequently stop moving and I'd have to wiggle around to fix it. It was extremely annoying when playing NBA 2K17. This newer version is holding up so far, and the battery seems to last a bit longer. It's way more comfortable than my Xbox One controller, and I dig the color. I'm a happy camper!

As far as PS controllers go, this revision (jet black) is one of the best. Bought this as a backup controller for my PS4 system and really have no complaints. Sure there may be more fancy controllers out there that may be more expensive, but this model works great and is an OEM version you know won't have any issues. Feels great and rechargeable battery life is adequate if you're a heavy gamer.

I've had some consistent troubles with Sony's hardware in the past (I'm looking at you, PS1 and PS2), but their controllers have rarely done me wrong. The PS4 Dual Shock continues that trend with its excellent button layout ergonomic design. The biggest improvement here to me is the analog sticks–they're wider apart and feel much better with their concave grips. They also feel more sturdy and reliable than the PS2 and PS3 sticks. The buttons of the Dual Shock 4 are a similar affair. The new touch-sensitive track pad in the middle is ok, but it's rarely used for anything these days other than just an extra button (at least in 3rd party games). The L2 and R2 shoulder buttons are now triggers like on the Xbox One controller and feel much more natural for use in first-person shooters. The d-pad is excellent and still my favorite for fighting games out of all the standard console controllers. There's also a headphone jack on the bottom if you opt not to go with a USB headset. Battery life is pretty much as stated–a respectable 10-15 hours. Charging is easy, as each controller has an internal battery and can be charged via USB without interrupting usage (another plus over the Xbox One controller). NOTE: Dual Shock 4s that are sold separately DO NOT include another USB charging cord, so be ready to invest in another one if you plan on doing a lot of couch co-op games.

This is newer model controller. Works smoothly, charges faster and last longer. Glad I purchased it.

Its wireless and works well. Like the red color and the feel.

After my beautiful red DualShock 4 got obliterated for having it for 5 straight years along with analog stick drift & slowly unregistered buttons , I decided to buy a new one which was the best decision ever. Everything feels fresh and brand new. I recommend getting a new ps4 controller or even ps5 controller every 2 years.

I don't have a PS5 so cannot speak to it's controller but the DualShock 4 is probably the best PS controller made to date. It has good weight, balance and doesn't feel like it's going to break easily. Fits comfortably in your hands for hours of gaming. I really like the blue color too.

Really like this controller. Very easy to connect and smooth during gameplay. I ordered it and it was ready for picking after 2 hrs. The entire process was an amazing experience, will definitely get more in the future!

First of all the color is great! Having multicolored controllers in the wireless controller era really helps you keep track of what controllers need charging (plus it's my daughter's favorite color). In addition to the flashy color, this controller features slightly textured analog sticks that allow for a better grip. The texture on the sticks feels a bit like medium grade, rubberized sand paper. That might sound harsh but it's honestly just a nice feeling gritty grip that is not at all uncomfortable. The touchpad also features a horizontal "see through" area between the "Share" and "Options" buttons that allows the assigned player color bleed through the plastic touch pad letting you know what color your controller was assigned without needed to look at the light on the front of the controller. This is a nice little perk that didn't exist on my older DualShock 4 controllers. These minor changes plus a slightly improved more rubberized grip around the bottom and back of the controller add to the gaming experience. I honestly bought this controller for it's color alone but I was pleasantly surprised to find these nice little tweaks that distinguish it from the original/older DualShock 4 controllers. Otherwise, it performs just as good as the original controller that came with my system.
