My daughter absolutely flipped when she recent this controller for Christmas. Didn’t know what to get her but this was the right thing. So happy that I got it and it is awesome!!! Thank you BestBuy!!!

Sony started with a great design since PS1 dualshocks and ran with that golden outline still today. If you have used any previous reiterations of the dualshocks, then this version is all too familiar. Added bonus which is the touchpad and share button and still retains its slim design.

First of all, never a fan of either Xbox or PS only including one controller with console, that being said. This is a first for me that the controller which is already high priced to begin with, doesn't come with a charging cable! So you have to provide your own micro USB cord. I have two small children who love disney infinity so immediately one USB port on the PS4 is used, which leaves them bickering over the second one once one of their controllers starts to die. Poor design of PS4 IMHO

Works like a charm, not much else to say. The battery could last a little longer on a charge but it's not a big issue.

I've always like these designed controllers and thus one definitely fit the style for my 9 year old who seems to think he's a General in the military, hahahahahahahaha. This was right in our wheelhouse

Love buying the controllers from Best Buy. I had to get the warranty on my controller as well. I had bought a controller from Amazon and what a terrible mistake that was. They sold me a fake. It didn’t even work properly after two months of use and I put mine in a case and play gently. I love the quality I got from Best Buy, as well as the service. I ordered it and it was sent and received within the week if not two days after purchase. I’ll continue to buy my electronics from Best Buy. I’m very happy. But always purchase the warranties, you just never know and if they don’t offer them then stay away from that seller. Make sure your buying the right stuff, from the right places. I recommend Best Buy as we all know, it’s all authentic there.

Works great with all the special features. After getting a great price it even makes it more worthwhile to have an excellent controller. It feels great and has a good response to all the movements in all the combinations. I love it for FIFA

Working condition controller, no issues with it so far

My son wanted to replace his old PS3 Controller with a new PS4 controller for his PC gaming. We bought this PS4 red controller at great price and he loves it. According to him it is one of the best controllers he has ever used. Good job Sony!

The controller that came with launch PS4s and some of the PS4 bundles up until this past summer had controllers included with triggers that were a little too 'clicky' - making obvious obnoxious noises that took time to go away with extended use. Furthermore, the rubber on the left analog sticks would wear down a little too quickly (not wear out completely, just heavily in the first few months and weeks of use). NO LONGER ANYMORE. I bought a black controller from Best Buy in Fall/Winter 2014 and a white controller. Neither have any of those problems. Not only that, but they fealty better constructed and a little heavier/sturdier to hold. It's great. You can tell what type of controller you have because on the back of the controller, if you look at the model number section, Sony generally puts a revision code near the model number to convey revisions/improvements made upon prior versions. Usually the revision code is an alphabetical character, followed by a single digit.

I mean I have two other controllers for my PS4 but I can’t help but love the color of this one! Plus it really cuts down on time searching for my black PS4 controller on my black couch -_- plus it works like a dream!

This product is very good for gaming on ps4 such games like madden 21 and gta5 hold charge very well and is easy wipe off dirt and stains nice grip handle very lite and warranty is good for this product

This is a must-have item for dual game play. My husband and 20 year-old son liked the blue color best. I think it's a shame that the console bundle doesn't come with 2 controllers with such a high ticket price but it is what it is. That being said, it looks & works perfectly.

The slight redesign of the controller makes for a more natural fit for all of the players in my household. The track pad in the middle took some getting used to, but it is invaluable for spelling out words in searches, etc. The glowing lights on the underside are fun for sports games, etc. to differentiate teams, but it would be better if there were a more consistent means of turning off the light (it can be very bright and intrusive). Good sound quality.
