Replaced Old DualShock Controller

Holding the reset button—on the back of the controller—for 5 seconds resets the firmware to factory and solved the pairing issue for me. Now, the controller functions as expected and feels more accurate compared to the old tired ones on the controllers that originally came with my PS4.

It also always seems to be one of the control sticks (mine was left) that go first. My advice, buy a second controller to have on stand buy. You really don't want to have to wait a whole day to go get one, and you don't want to manage with a poor one that'll just cause you to rage. Also get the warranty, like I said these die fast. Especially, with those of us using manly man handling hands.
