My daughter loves the controller and loves that it comes in one of her favorite colors! It came as expected on time.

Works as intended. Hopefully it last longer than the last 2. Within a month the sticks began to drift.

Quality, comfortable controller. Cannot go wrong with the official sony controllers. Sturdy construction; these are built to last and a large improvement over the Dualshock 3 on the ps3 which had sticky buttons and controller stick drift.

These controllers are OEM and work perfectly. Don't wast your time with an aftermarket controller... when you add the extended warranty from Geek Squad the controller is covered for two years. My original controller when I purchased the ps4 started having problems at 15 months. Now I won't have to worry about death gripping this thing!

The DualShock 4 hasn’t changed since 2013 when it first came out other than the little light on the Touch Bar. Still my all time favorite controller from any console. Love the deep red color on the controller. My original controller broke after 4 years so it was time for a replacement.

I love the new color options. I purchased the red because it looks sleeker than the other choices. I needed a new remote because the left stick stopped working on my original remote.

Controller has been great so far - I have had several other that fell apart - Only time will tell. That is why I gave it a 4. They are somewhat pricey also.

Works great !! I bought one of those cheap knock off controllers and it was horrible. The touch pad didn’t work and it would only stayed charged for 30 minutes or so. Always buy official PlayStation

needed a new controller. this one is much better than the one that came with my console. wish the price had come down but oh well

Replaced a controller I dropped and wouldn’t stop vibrating even after resetting it. This works like a charm. The buttons and thin sticks are stiff and responsive. Best of all, it doesn’t vibrate non stop.

This controller is one of the best feeling controllers I've ever used. It fits wonderfully in your hand. The only thing that I do not like is that the battery is non-removable, which means I have to hook it up to a cable when the battery dies during binge-gaming episodes. My console is not that close to my couch, so having to be tethered to the PS4 while playing means either getting a longer charging cable or always having a backup controller that's already charged. I do realize that the current battery configuration allows for the controller to be more streamline and lighter, though.

What can I say about dual shock Wireless Controllers that has not already been said. This is a great product and i only went to Best Buy because all of the other top stores were out of stock and the only ones who had it was Best Buy and a great price.
