Excellent upgrade

Not only did I get a replacement, but he there were some upgrades over the previous model, like a small sliver of the light bar showing on the top of the touchpad, and a much shorter charge time in relation to play time. I love the subtle upgrades in this model.

Crappy controller

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not going to give Best buy a bad rating because Sony controllers suck! We purchased this controller for my son and within 3 months it had "stick drift". We come back to the store return it for another and what do you think happens again....same thing. I do some research and find out that not only Sony but Xbox and Nintendo all use the same supplier for the thumb sticks and everyone knows how bad they all are. I'm tired of new controllers just wish one of the big three could use some better parts so the controllers don't break as easily as they are.
