Exceeded expectations with durability, comfort, and updated software

Bought this controller because I needed another one to play with my friends. Works well and the colors looks really nice :)

Don't duel shock controllers are easily the best made. I'll never get any other brands

I've always loved the feel of playstation controllers and this one is no different. the grips fit comfortably into my hands and all the buttons are easy to reach. good response on the triggers, which curve around your finger for extra control. the added touch pad (which is also a button) is an interesting add to the mix and the light bar effectively doubles your motion control options if you have a PS Camera. The options and share buttons are interesting and a bold move away from traditional "start and select" buttons, but how long has it been since you actually started or selected anything with them anyway?

Sony always has great products! The battery seems to last a lot longer than the PS3 controllers.

I like all of the improvements that were made when compared to the PS3 controller but the $60 price tag seems a bit high.

The controller is standard, but you pay a little more for the color. Good for distinguishing between controllers.

TLDR: good buy, get replacement plan for added value In the last 7 years and change I have had about 10 Sony brand PS/DualShock 4 controllers. Different colors are fun and we get new colors every year. I game 20-40 hours a week and each controller lasts about 6-8 months. Some times an analog/joy stick will turn more slowly one way or a button will stop reliably sending commands to the console. With the use I get out of them I still prefer them over any 3rd party options/other brands. Getting Best Buy’s protection plan is a good idea for this item. Any time something has given out, Best Buy customer service swaps it for me, and we add the plan to the new one. Pros: Responsive Good grip/texture in med to large hands Easy to sync or reset to your system at home Cons: 4-6 hour battery life may be to little for some gamers (must then charge non replaceable battery) Build quality is “mass production”

Always nice to have an extra one laying around or fully charged when gaming. Works as described. Pick any color but typically black is the cheapest.

Best buy always ships very quickly and they often have really good deals on games and electronics. I always buy my controllers, games, accessories, and even TVs from there.

Buttons are easy to use and battery life lasts a long time. Would recommend this product
