My review for this would have been higher if it was simply in relation to use with a console. However, since I use it with my phone and tablet I have found 3 things that irritate me. First and foremost is the fact that I can’t auto connect to the controller. Even though I have already paired it with my phone and tablet, when I have my Bluetooth on it will not auto connect when pressing or holding the button. I have to go through settings and re pair it every time I use it. Secondly is that from time to time it will suddenly stop working in the middle of the game, even with full charge and no interruptions in Bluetooth. And third is that it will not accept charge off of portable chargers for some reason and will only charge via my PS4 or a wall plug in, which makes it very difficult to keep playing for long term on the go. Overall it’s a nice controller with very smooth controls, however it could be improved upon

Simply the best controller of this generation. Unfortunately, the price of controllers for each generation increases and there aren't any 3rd party options yet. However, the controller does have a good bit of new features and performs accurately.

this feels good to hold and very comfortable to use when playing ganes. i love it

My son and I enjoy these controllers and purchased an extra set so we now have 4. They feel great and are very responsive. The only downside is I wish they held a longer charge, but you can play while plugged in if it does start to die on you.

Works well. Makes available for two players based on the split screen. An Excellent addition t the Plat Station 4, when friends come over.

I got to be total honest with the random person reading this review. I purchased this beautiful golden controller for the most obnoxious and vainest of reasons. I purchased this gold controller so I can play Assassin's Creed: Origins which takes place in beautiful ancient Egypt. I pre-ordered the Gold Steelbook Edition through the good folks at Best Buy and I want to play AC:O with a golden controller in October when it is released. Sounds ridiculous right? Yes, I know.... don't judge me. I know some of you will understand.

as a frequent player on the ps4 , you understand rage and eventually the controllers break , but getting a new one is the best feeling , and at this price it’ll be worth it

This controller is no different than the one that came with my PS4 but is red instead of black. One suggestion that I have is that Sony needs to update their instructions to pair the controller because they are completely wrong. For those who have spent 2 hours trying to figure it out...press and hold the “share” key and “ps4” key for 10 seconds or so from the Bluetooth devices menu and you will see the wireless controller as a device to add. Besides the incorrect instructions, the controller works as expected.

its my main controller its worked great since day one good look good and easy to use

I purchased an extra controller for my son when I purchased his PS4 since I knew that even if he didn't play side by side games with his friends, he would enjoy being able to switch out the controllers when the one he was using lost its charge.

Working like champ. Easy to connect with PS4.............. long lasting battery after fully charge

Just needed a replacement controller. The colorway is dope.
