Keep your receipt since Sony has a 2 year warranty. If it looses sensitivity or functionality you can send it to Sony for a repair or replacement

Its a new ps4 controller. I advise getting the extended warranty to cover “rage quitting “ related accidents

I use it to play games on my laptop. so far doing pretty well. one thing to keep in mind is that the controller performs the best when it is connected with a cable rather than with bluetooth.

Sony has added some nice features to the joystick. You'll be amazed at the feel of the vibration, like nothing else. the touch screen is nice. and best of all, the sounds of the game from the joystick, SWEET!

Again Best Buy had the best price on the original product. I prefer to pay little bit more for original than knock offs that are sold online.

Not much to say other than this is the best PS4 controller out there. I never buy 3rd party controllers for systems. If anything, the blue color could be slightly brighter.

The dualshock controller is great but not sure why the white controller is an additional 5 dollars. I can understand the special design like camo. Oh well. The price was still the cheapest around. Great deal!

Although, I wish the PS4 came with an additional controller, it is a necessary purchase and well worth it. At the time of getting your PS4, one may hesitate to not get the extra controller ... don't. You'll wish you did the minute you set it up. As a packaging deal, I wish PS4 offered a system with an option for an extra controller OR game. I don't play the game.

This is one of the most comfortable standard game controllers made. I can play games all day with no discomfort and the touchpad is a very unique and cool feature that has more uses than I thought.

If your looking for a new controller or a replacement, don't go with a third party manufactured - stay with the OEM version. Best controller i have ever used. My hands are small and this still fits perfectly

I got this controller after my previous 2 controller broke down. I got a warranty on this controller, just in case this controller has a problem. So far it hasn't, but I am sure in time it will break. Warranty!
