When I had the very first controller that came with the ps4, I wore out the thumb stick grips to the point that I had to buy replacement ones quite often. This newer ps4 controller does that have the same material on the thumb stick grips, so I don't see them tearing like they use to. Overall I am glad I bought it and would recommend to anyone looking for a new controller.

At least one can purchase the exact same controller separately. Works great, no set up needed.
