Great New Design

The controller is bigger than its predecessor and the new grip is very comfortable. The controller's vibration has also been improved. The only downside is the battery life; while the PS3 controller rendered about 9 hours of gameplay, the new controller delivers about 5 hours. Nevertheless, the Dualshock 4 is a great improvement over all older PlayStation controllers.

I personally do not like the joystick layout but that is due to my long thumbs. The durability and quality of an OEM controller is my favorite thing so finding these on sale is a surefire way to get me a new controller that the kids know is daddy's and not get their greasy fingers all over!

Better sticks

It made them feel uncomfortable and took an impact on precision. I'm glad they've corrected this flaw with new material that holds up better to wear and tear. The left everything else as the same great controller you know and love.
