After some time of watching the latest deals and updates to Playstation, we recently decided to upgrade our PS3 to the PS4. When we did, we let our son pick out a 2nd remote to go with it. I was pretty happy with the price of this one since it wasn't an arm and a leg extra for the special camo design.

Can't beat the standard sony controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is about just like the old ps2 and ps3 controllers but it seems like the trigger buttons have a odd coating; something like rubber or silicone that makes the feel of them much better while holding for a duration. The battery life on these controllers is a little weak but until sony figures out how we can shut the light off on the front if so desired it will always be a drain on the battery. But in my opinion still a step forward and atleast on par with the Xbox Ones controller.

Battery life on the DS4 compared to the DS3 is pretty bad though. I only get about 6 hours of gameplay per charge. Definitely need at least two even when only playing solo.
