Yearly replacement

Only used one until I had a guest over. Took the second one out of the box and plugged it in. Started off good but then he was spinning and stuck. I thought ok he just doesn't know how to play. I tried did the same thing. Tried it 2 more times and each time I got about 10 min of gaming and then it started.The controller just does it's own game. You can't control anything. So not really happy that it was broken from the start butit is the first time I have ever gotten a bad one.
