I experienced no issues with it or Best Buy in regards to this purchase. Only thing to comment is that Best Buy was out of most colors when I purchased, which was mildly disappointing.

Fantastic Controller!

Love these controllers and all of the functions, including the vibrations during war games. I will admit that is takes a little while to figure out the numerous controls but once that part is done, using them is fantastic!

Brings back my childhood

The color of the body and the buttons it really is amazing. It goes with the 20th anniversary theme I have on my PS4 and with the whole ensemble it truly feels like im playing the original Playstation.
