My son's ps4 controller died so off to the store I went for a new one. Of course I asked first if there were any way to fix it and the salesperson was very kind. Answered my questions and suggested I buy extended warranty in case this new one dies too since they're so costly. Thanks for the good service. Now if Sony could drop the prices on their controllers a little that'd be great. ;)

This is definitely the nicest controller I've ever owned. It feels durable, is highly responsive, and comes with some great features. I bought this to use on my PC and I chose it specifically because it was highly precise and there were (and I believe still aren't) any issues with drift. I have mixed feelings about buying just before the PS5 launched since it doesn't feature haptic response but appears to be more durable and reliable according to recent news. I went with it over an Xbox One controller in case I ever decided to try PSNow. I will say that not every game supports it, but that's easily solvable with DS4Windows, just make sure to download the latest version.

The controller is easy to hook up and easy to learn. A lot of more buttons than Wii

Like the original but better!! Sony managed to make the DualShock remote even better than before. Everything on the new remote is better! The touch pad is pretty cool and has many options. The remote is a little wider wish is prefect for long hours of play and the buttons have the right feel and touch! Ooh... And their is a sensor and in front that can be used to play these motion games and it changes colors and stuff!!!

Always have an extra controller so everyone can play.

These are too expensive but hold up pretty well if your kids are as prone to dropping, throwing, or generally Abusing their gaming controllers.

Feels much better than my old controller, crisp feeling, and no dead spots!
