I brought an OEM Sony Ps4 controller from Amazon, however; It was a fake. I paid $59.99 and it came in original package but it had stick drift soon as I tried it. I returned it and Amazon sent me another one but had the same problem. The BestBuy purchase was perfect.

This is very easy to use and works well. Bought it to use with the PS4 we got at Christmas and the size and shape are very easy to handle.

Very nice color and does connect easily to everything compatible.

This ps4 controller was just what my husband needed. It works perfectly.

It’s great but sometimes connecting it with my iPad gives me issues. Like it’ll act like it’s dead even tho I just charged it or I have to keep forgetting the device and reconnecting. It’s only happened like twice but it’s annoying. Overall it’s great and has great battery health so I’m okay with it. Nothing wrong but sometimes I feel like the buttons aren’t as sensitive as they should be and I’ll need to click a little harder.

Purchased as a gift for someone in my household. Used roughly four times a week approximately 2 hours a day. No change in battery charge. Still stays charged throughout daily play, with all the sound and rumble turned on. No complaints from recipient at all. Buttons all work as they should. Camo looks as pictured.

Sony is the way to go if you want it to work with the ps4, works great.

Works well. Love the color. Good dexterity with the design and operating it with no issues. Fixing them is not easy so try not to overly abuse it. I rotate my controllers be of that. Wireless is perfect for playing on

Another sleek update from Sony. The camo looks nice but the best quality is the smoothness of the finish. I had a crystal Red DS4 that felt more like plastic and got slick quickly from perspiration. The camo finish is nice and soft and has a little bit of texture to it. Very pleasing to hold. The light on top is cool too. Had it for over a year, battery life seems improved but I’m comparing to a launch day controller. They’re still a little pricey, wait for a deal or pricematch.

[Employee of bestbuy] I lvoe the ps4 controllers, and I always have. They are super sturdy. I have never had one get stick drift like the ps5 controllers constantly do. The ONLY downside is that you can't play ps5 versions of games with this controller. You have to download the ps4 version to use it. At this point, I am seriously debating on just buying an old ps4 pro and modding it with an ssd. The ps4 controller is far superior to ps5 controller in every single way.

I've been using a black launch Dualshock 4 and decided to pick this up on a price match. The buttons depress more consistently, trigger pulls more fluid, and the thumb sticks have been constructed from better materials as far as I can tell. Better yet, the replacement program Best Buy offers is $12 more and allows you to switch out your controller for a new controller within two years as it starts to wear down. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. This is a really great product and I plan on getting a new one every 12 months or so. I especially like the Glacier White color, it's very sharp!

This is the new version of the ps4 controllers. The battery life has increased and the controller itself feels better in your hands. Very durable.

Connects fine, works as it should, and holds a charge. Only con I can find is having the small share and options button so close to the touch pad.

The controller is one of the reasons why I returned my Xbox. I prefer the feel of the dual shock 4 to the Xbox wireless controllers in my hands. I really like this gold as well as silver, and blue that I’ve bought. I also like that you can connect via micro USB as opposed to the batteries or battery packs for Xbox. If you fork over the money the money for one of these, you don’t want to keep buying rechargeables. The standard price is brutal, but I picked up 3 on Black Friday for $40 each. Sweet deal, just keep on the lookout for them.

I purchased this controller for my daughter so she can play games with me. Great color and great controller. Long battery life. Very happy with the purchase.
