Defective controller. 1st one had same issue.

Things rattling around inside controller. Can’t squeeze it too tight. Must be whole batch that is made this way. Can still use controller but couldn’t recommend based on my experience with this item. Was very excited to get it but very disappointed with quality.

When I got the controller it had the wrong controller inside. Luckily Best Buy accepted the return. I was pretty disappointed hopefully I can get the controller in the future. Maybe I can give a better review actually having the controller.

Their shipping has gone down hill. Out of the last four shipments, three have been late, including this one. I'm done. Amazon gives me a date, even if the date is later than two days, at least it's on time. You've lost my online shopping, Best Buy.
