This is definitely one of the better 4k transfers. Audio and video are almost reference. Movie is actually pretty good. Can't wait till part 2.

This movie is possibly the best test for a new home theater system. Great audio and visuals.

i have watched the original many years ago. i like this movie, but prefer the original from years past. i also see that they have an additional movie coming out in the near distant future. probably they will finish up the first book.

Well made, but doesn't follow the book as closely as I wish but still very entertaining. Will buy the next installment when released.

Cannot recommend this movie enough. It's shot beautifully and the sound design was incredible. Hans Zimmer does it again with the soundtrack. 10/10

Excellent Movie, but the digital copy included was already expired for several months when I bought it! Total bummer! Great film anyway, new one releases in a few short months! Check out the series!

One of the best movies to really test you home entertainment experience. Pictures really pop and the audio mixing is the best!

I always enjoyed the first movie, weak special effects and all. This new version is WAY better. It is very detailed, the acting is superb, the cinematography is outstanding, the 'vision' of this universe is brilliant, etc., etc. Visually the 4K on my 1 year old Sony 65" OLED TV is absolutely stunning. My sister-in-law, wife, and I watched this movie and we were all mesmerized by this masterpiece. Anyway, that's my 2 cents and I highly recommend.

Dune (2021) is a really, really great movie! Honestly, one of the best Sci-Fi adaptations currently, and really hope the next 2 films carry the series forward into a bright, bright future with director Denis Villeneuve in the helm. Overall, the picture quality, the audio, cinematography, casting, acting, editing, and the storytelling are all highly fantastic! Highly recommend the pick-up for this movie in particular. You will NOT regret it!

While I wanted to wait for the sequel as there will no doubt be a special collector's set, I am glad I bought this in person. The price was surprisingly lower than I expected for a 4k so I definitely didn't mind saving some money. The audio for this film is to die for on physical media. I simply wish there to be an IMAX version on 4k physical discs, that I would buy in a heartbeat for the expanded aspect ratio!

Great movie and the quality of the picture and sound from the disc media is superb. I cannot wait until part two!

Outstanding picture quality and special effects. They did a FANTASTIC job depicting this world, which I was worried about the most. I am not great at reviewing movies, but going into this having read the book I was happy with what they came up with. Glad to see that the second movie was approved and in motion already. (***FYI this is basically "part 1" if you were not already aware***)

Cannot wait for part 2. This was honestly refreshing to watch. Great score and great performances. 4K is the way to go.
