The guys who came to install both our cameras and mount the TV were extremely competent and knowledgeable. Set up the TV and firestick after getting the TV on the wall and full explanation of the cameras and the app. Great job!

Two guys came to do the camera and TV installation and they did it very fast. Both are super professional and did not leave any mess or whatsoever. I couldn't be happier with the Geek squad service.

Geek squad recommended and installed our new Ring security camera system and we are pleased beyond all expectations and if we need any more security items we will always buy Best Buy and have installed by Geek squad and request our #rd party installer.

I thought it has a better night vision. In a sunny day looks good.

this cam is very nice haet sensors 4 k view i think it is the best cam in the house for the price ..very easy to set up and install.

Gong show installs. I have ordered cameras and installation for my 7 offices locations and 2 months later and at least 6-8 no show appointments we are still not done. The system is good, but there is not enough support. I was advised to look on youtube for guidance, but t have only found installation instructions, not operational.

Scheduled installation and did not show as scheduled. Rescheduled a second time however received message from Best Buy approved contractor day prior they were not available due to staff calling off and would reschedule for Monday. Called Best Buy today and now told earliest is Thursday. DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING INSTALLATION.

The in home consultant claimed the wiring would be installed by an electrician. Initial installer was not an electrician. Secondly, I assisted the installer for 11 hours. Two men should have been dispatched. A second installation appointment was completed by an electrician 10 days later. Any future installations will be by my own personal electrician.

Bad experience!!! They send installer’s twice and both of them dont know what to do. They will recommend you to buy supplies that is not useful and they never cme back to install. The third appointment nobody show up or call. Very disappointed

The guys were very friendly and very knowledgeable about putting in the cameras the communication was very well. I would definitely recommend installation for security cameras to others to call this best buy.

The agent was very knowledgeable and efficient. Setup was done quickly and extremely neat. Polite professional work. The performance was done by two technicians - both extremely acquainted with the system installed. I could not be happier. They took the time to show basic instruction of the equipment. Thanks to the Geek Squad I am one happy camper.

The agents informed me that the original camera system I had bought was not the best for my needs. They recommended the Ring cameras and went to the store to pick up the needed cameras (store did not open until 11) and installed. Incredibly knowledgeable, personable, efficient and professional. Cameras work great - I'm very happy!
