If could give a lower score, I would---had two appointments scheduled, had two appointments cancelled by the tech. 1st one came to my home, and after discovering what the work order entailed proceeded to tell me he was not equipped to handle the job. 2nd one had car troubles and cancelled the morning of the appointment. I wound up hiring a tech to install my equipment and he charged me $300 less than Geek Squad (guess you all did me a favor). Still, very disappointed

Camera works ok, but the actual recorder is so loud and has off gassing so strong its nearly unbearable.

George was knowledgeable of what he was doing. He was polite and on time for work.

First encounter wasn’t the best but the second agent that came to resolve the issue on another day was awesome!

The geek squad was very helpful with my purchase snd they were very concerned they just didn’t recommend the highest price product they gave me options.

Mr. Pernell and his partner worked very hard to get my camera's up. My DVR has the wrong time for the recordings and I have a couple of camera's needing to be repositioned.

Geek Squad installed security system with 8 cameras. My system is working great. Could not be more satisfied.

Having something is better than Not having anything....When you are talking about SECURITY there should not be any failures. I have discovered just that with mine.

Bad experience!!! They send installer’s twice and both of them dont know what to do. They will recommend you to buy supplies that is not useful and they never cme back to install. The third appointment nobody show up or call. Very disappointed

Gong show installs. I have ordered cameras and installation for my 7 offices locations and 2 months later and at least 6-8 no show appointments we are still not done. The cameras sucked but installers were professional and helpful. No complaints about the installation just the product.

Geek squad ALWAYS does amazing work. Best buy geek squad is held to the highest of standards and you dont have to worry about some random John handyman.

Wired everything up nice but the service went out and can't get the cameras back up

The agents informed me that the original camera system I had bought was not the best for my needs. They recommended the Ring cameras and went to the store to pick up the needed cameras (store did not open until 11) and installed. Incredibly knowledgeable, personable, efficient and professional. Cameras work great - I'm very happy!

this cam is very nice haet sensors 4 k view i think it is the best cam in the house for the price ..very easy to set up and install.

The system is good, but there is not enough support. I was advised to look on youtube for guidance, but t have only found installation instructions, not operational.

The in home consultant claimed the wiring would be installed by an electrician. Initial installer was not an electrician. Secondly, I assisted the installer for 11 hours. Two men should have been dispatched. A second installation appointment was completed by an electrician 10 days later. Any future installations will be by my own personal electrician.

These are kids that are just thinking how they are going to spend their next paycheck.
