Eric and Robert did an excellent job installing the cámaras they were fast and even offered suggestions on where the cameras would look great. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone very professional.

Terrible service no one ever showed , called or gave me service

The installer was easy to coordinate with scheduling the camera install, and was very professional. He came out twice - 1x for an estimate and see how much wire was needed, then 2nd time for day install.

The technician made a trash installation i had to do it again by myself and i did better job than the technician

The technician recommended using the existing wires (from the old system) instead of the new wires coming with the product that I bought and wanted to install. I took the recommendation. After the installation, I took one month to make the product to work as intended, but all the features that I bought for weren't working. I talked to the manufacturer and it turns out the old cable is the problem. I paid a lot more since this was the "wired" system but the installation was just replacing the 4 cameras, no pulling any wired. I requested for a fix, and it is scheduled for the end of December. I will provide a review after that again.

The Security Cameras that I bought were excellent for the price

It was good thing to get system because it they will step it up and you will get it for free if you have the member ship some item it not free but it good

Geek Squad did a great job. Mounted our cameras outside.Made sure everything was up and running on our devices. Installed our Wifi boosts and made sure they were up and running. They went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you will definitely ask for Adam next time as well.

Had someone come out and do a site survey for an install of wired security cameras. Told us itd be difficult but possible and that he would leave notes for the installation team. The installation guy arrives and pretty much contradicts everything the site survey guy said. Told us he couldnt do this or that. If you have a 2 story house, geek squad pretty much does not do wired installations for security cameras. Their abilities are limited to wireless and 1 story wired. Its clear geek squad has terrible communication amongst themselves and poor understanding of their own services they provide. Will not be using geek squad for any services anymore

The installer was very professional and did a great job installing the cameras and cabling. He was very courteous and even wore booties (shoe coverings) as to not dirty my floors. He was very competent and knew what he was doing.

I chose a difficult install due to my wanting to view my cameras at all times on a monitor in my family room. The router is in our home office. Geek Squad figured out what was needed and the whole team showed up and install was done in one day. They also installed the RING doorbell also.

The installer was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He kept me in the loop during the entire install, which allowed me to make decisions about my cameras and their placement. He did an amazing job!!!

When my wife and I were sold on this install we were not told of the restrictions the installers have on them and the methods, placement and limitations involved in the installation of our security cameras. Everything has to be placed on the outside of walls both inside and out which in turn leads to buying more cables to reach, easy access for cables to be cut as well as quite an eyesore to your home. My suggestion to sellers... explain what is included or not when selling the install. Buyers... ask alot of questions.

3rd party did install of my Lorex 4K cameras and audio doesn’t work. I know for a fact they have audio because one camera which was wired incorrectly with cat 5e and not cat 6 works with audio. So now I have 7 cameras where the audio is not functional. Set up service call and guess what, sent 3rd party again and couldn’t fix. Very disappointed. I live in brand new subdivision and have been asked numerous times of who did my work and couldn’t refer Bestbuy. Told them to hire professional camera guys.

The agent didn’t know what he was doing. He had to call swann support. He tried to tslk me into a wireless system. He left front door open and dog got out. He left trash outside.

Our installer was absolutely incredible. Our home has three attics and makes it difficult to run cable. He worked by himself installing cable for our new Lorex cameras and did an amazing job. They work perfectly

Wired camera install What is unfortunately not a good idea because the geek squad installation team said that my house was too old to install the wireless surveillance system.

I was unhappy with the installation company provided by Best Buy. They did a horrible work.
