    I ORDERED THIS JOB ON OCTOBER 28, 2021, AND THE INSTALLATION WAS SCHEDULED FOR 11/05/2021, AND AS OF TODAY, 12/12/2021. BEST BUY HAS NOT COMPLETED THE JOB. BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD IS A TOTAL DISGRACE BECAUSE THEY HAD TOLD ME THAT THEY COMING TO DO THE JOB ON SEVERAL OCCATIONS, AND THEY DID NOT.

    Nobody knew what they were talking about when I told him what I needed (out side cameras installed ) They got my order ALL,then they sent the guy out and he said he could not do that type of work

    Third Party Installer showed up late and did not call _ I jad to call Best Buy. After they arrived, did not complete the job, said would return, made an appointment, and they did not show up. When Best Buy called the Installer, no answer.

    I’m frustrated, nobody showed up for the appointment and nobody notified me they were not showing up. I wasted my day waiting for them to show up from 7am - 7pm.

    This was the worse experience I have ever had with Best Buy. Totally disappointed. It is baffling to me how Best Buy install Ring camera equipment but no one could tell me if the floodlight camera could be installed below 9 feet.

    Don’t use the geek squad for any cámaras installation they don’t know how to do it. They canceled my appointment the day before and said that I need to hire a licensed electrician.

      I am unsure of which number you have been calling, but you are welcome to get in touch with Geek Squad at 1-800-433-5772. If the camera that was purchased does not support this feature, you may be eligible to set up a time to have it uninstalled and return or exchange it at your local store. Our return and exchange period for most customers is 15 days from receiving the device. Our My Best Buy Elite members have 30 days, and our My Best Buy Elite Plus members have 45 days.
