GEEK SQUAD CAMERA INSTALLETION.

BEST BUY HAS NOT COMPLETED THE JOB. BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD IS A TOTAL DISGRACE BECAUSE THEY HAD TOLD ME THAT THEY COMING TO DO THE JOB ON SEVERAL OCCATIONS, AND THEY DID NOT.

DO NOT USE

After they arrived, did not complete the job, said would return, made an appointment, and they did not show up. When Best Buy called the Installer, no answer.

Nobody Showed Up

It is baffling to me how Best Buy install Ring camera equipment but no one could tell me if the floodlight camera could be installed below 9 feet.

Horrible experience

WAs not set up for proper use.

I am unsure of which number you have been calling, but you are welcome to get in touch with Geek Squad at 1-800-433-5772. If the camera that was purchased does not support this feature, you may be eligible to set up a time to have it uninstalled and return or exchange it at your local store. Our return and exchange period for most customers is 15 days from receiving the device. Our My Best Buy Elite members have 30 days, and our My Best Buy Elite Plus members have 45 days.

Don't pay for a contract!
