    At the last minute they called and told me that they couldn't installed the product or warranty it they should have told me that in advance

    Good Camera But it keeps losing connection

    The setup worked fine for couple of days but then it keeps losing connection/video loss and now doesn't record/display anything.

    These guys just charge money to hang up, they don’t do wiring at all,

    Ring camera installation

    My appointment was made for Geek Squad to install our cameras. When the technicians arrived, I had everything set up with Ring. The only thing they had to do was install the camera. They didn't know how to installed them. I had to instruct them on how to install the camera and I'm a retired nurse. I wouldn't use them again for camera installation.

    Geek Squad Installed Surveillance Cameras

    Install person was very courteous, The installer accidentally "stapled" Right, threw the "solid cable wire" connection; for the surveillance camera. Stapled "wire" is constantly Interrupting the Camera Streaming, and making annoying beeping noise.
