The fading daylight concept is a lot of fun. It reminds you of the walking dead. If you have a decent surround system or headphones, it can even give you a couple of jumps. It's just a fun game. The story and acting is not excellent but as a whole the game is good.

If your a zombie fan, survival fan, like to explore, and kill zombies, this game is for you. Many things to do and look for in this game. Day/Night cycle in this game is awesome. Once the sun goes down, look out, you will die. And you will die again, but you will like it.

I find this game very enjoyable. It gets so ridiculous at times fighting hordes of zombies that it makes me smile and laugh. Playing online with my friends makes the experience even better. If you like open world games and a crazy amount of gore, you will enjoy this.

I enjoyed the game and I would recommend it but playing with others is what makes the game. If your playing solo it will get repetitive and gridy quicky. The best part is playing through the campaign was seeing your friend reaction during the first night fall.

This game is super fun. I love playin with my friends online. That's why I bought it. I'm not really a horror game person. I had some crazy graphic dreams last night after playing it wouldn't want my young kids to play it. Good thing I'm a single dad with no kids.

It's a bit challenging and difficult. I have made it through pretty far. It reminds me of GTA but without cars and you kill zombies. I would like it better if you had more shooting weapons. Mostly swinging weapons which makes killing more difficult.

Not a big fan of dead island but this game right here is awesome. Everything about this game is great. Having so much fun going around the city and killing zombies and making weapons. They are talking about adding cars to drive which would really add. Go get it!

I typically do not buy first-person games or "scary" games, however this game is awesome. I got this so that my fiancée and I could play the story mode together (PLUS!!!). And it actually is not that scary, a few jumps here and there, but overall I love it!

When I first got the game I was skeptical of the way it played, but you add parkour to the past time of zombie killing with an amazing story and bam you have dying light. Should you have a chance to get it for the next generation systems I would do so. 5/5 stars

When I first saw the trailer for dying light, I couldn't wait until the release day. After its release, I played it and I have to say that it's one of the best first person zombie game I've ever played since dead island. I highly recommend it to anyone.

This is what I imagined when I thought of anothe game relating to the undead/infected. The parkour is refreshing and the cities are very condusive to the fact. It's great playing by yourself and just as fun playing online. Can't recommend this game enough!

My co-worker at work told me about this game, I started to research the game and found it to be pretty interesting. Once it had been released I purchased it and immediately was captivated by the graphics, game play and the switch from day to night is awesome.

Saw the trailer and thought it would be pretty good. I was hesitant to buy it at first since there were no reviews, but i took a chance. I was highly satisfied. the graphics are incredible and the gameplay is amazing. Definitely one of my most favorite games.

I never played Dead Island so I cannot compare the two, but I think this game is a blast! Of course there are rough parts like trying to get down from high elevations and some small bugs and screen tearing. I dont think it detracts from the overall game.

This game is a total improvement on Dead Island. The gameplay, especially the parkour system, is amazing and there is a huge selection of weapons. I was surprised by how long the story was, and I feel that I definitely got my money's worth. Highly recommend.

Zombie survival, not survival horror. This game definately delivers, from a huge fan of horror games in general, this one impresses me. Better than day z, dead nation, all of em. This is the only true zombie survival game. You won't regret getting this game.

This game is very fun from what I've played so far. I've never played anything quite like it. It has a pretty genius mix of action and parkour. Would be a 5 except the graphics seemed a little insignificant, especially for a game that is next gen only.

This game is awesome. I've gotten 2 friends to buy it so far and we're loving playing the game together. Initially the game makes it very difficult to kill zombies, but as you progress, you're weapons will improve as will your abilities. Overall great game.

If you enjoyed playing Dead Island and Dead Island 2, then you will enjoy Dying Light, which is from the same makers as the games mentioned before. Be prepared to survive in a world of zombies again, that might take a turn when the lights go out at night.

Awesome game. It does freak you out at first. I like the fact that you need to be quiet in order to go through missions because if you don't a gathering of zombies come in your direction and you can either run or fight your way out of that situation.
