I enjoyed the Dead Island series of games so I was interested to see how this game would be. So far I would say it's a great game to me. It builds a great sense of atmosphere in the city over-run by zombies. You have to be smart about what kind of weapons and tactics you use as well as resource management. Weapons degrade over time and you can easily be overtaken by a few zombies. And when night-time comes, you have to really be on your toes and some tough enemies come out at that point. The parkour throughout the environments is blast and as you level up using your skills you unlock access to more abilities. I would say if you are a fan of open world games, zombies, or engaging gameplay this game would be a good fit for you.

Another zombie but the parkour element and the night time gameplay mechanics separate from others. Story is generic and cliche. If your a fan of the zombie genre I don't see why you won't enjoy this game.

Single player was solid fun and much better than I anticipated, although it doesn't have any replay value for me. I'm not a multiplayer gamer, but it seems to me that the coop/buddy mode would be a blast.

Great game, very addicting and scary feels like your in a horror movie, the controls take a bit of getting used to, but work with the game mechanics. If you like playing dead island, this game is for you.

Review is after playing only a couple of hours but so far it looks great . Large open world to explore and decent crafting and leveling systems. Comparisons to dead island are very true. So far very fun.

The game is really fun, and even funner when playing with friends, it has about 40 is hours of game play before you run out of things to do, but up until you reach that 40 hour mark, your gonna have fun

The game started out kinda slow and I felt greatly underpowered which is actually a pretty cool feeling for a zombie game. But once the game picks up and you upgrade your running skills, it's pretty BA.

Great game if you like hacking zombies limbs off. Not so good if you dislike fetching games. Being a zombie is fun it requires being cunning. I would recommend this game to those that like dead island.

The combat and traversal is top notch, and the multiplayer coop is great fun. The story is kinda forgettable, but the search for new and more powerful weapons plus some great side missions make it very fun.

The story isn't the best but it's not bad. The game play is awesome. A great change from the typical run n gun style of other zombie games. Run, jump, and climb. Kill zombies, but do it quietly. Great fun!

At first I was on the fence about getting this game but I'm glad I did! This game rocks! Graphics are so so nothing spectacular but the multiplayer is where it's at. Overall great game just buy it already!

So far this game is GREAT! I only list it as 4 stars because the matchmaking is a little slow right now but hopefully that improves as more people get the game. I love the "Be the Zombie" mode and the missions play a lot like Dead Rising 3 where you have the main story mission and then "extra" side missions if you want to do them. Also when playing multiplayer coop you have challenges that pop up where you have to kill the most zombies or loot the most stuff or make it to this location the fastest so it really adds something different. Well I pre-ordered the game and I've played it as often as I can and still finding things new out that I like. If you liked Dead Rising 3 then you'll like this also.

Survivor by night lol litteraly. I highly recommend this game its a bit new it has alot of features that dead island had and some. can be easy during the day but at night it becomes a whole new ball game.

I haven't beaten this game yet, but from what I can tell so far it's pretty good. Can't say for sure if it's worth buying for anyone since I haven't finished it, but definitely worth at least a rent.

I'm glad I installed a 2 TB hard drive when I first purchased the ps4, the amount of space these games requires is horrendous. The game play keeps you involved the night action is defiantly creepy.

This game has all the elements put together in a terrific fashion. The developer spent a lot of time polishing this game and it shows. I would highly recommend buying this game. Enjoy this awesome game.

Game is decent. Its long and the controls are a bit funky to get used to. However, once you put in the time and gain some exp. you will be doing well.

When i saw the first trailer of this game i was all in . After playing the game i'm glad that i did go and buy this game . Not all games live up to what you see in the trailer but this one sure did .

This game is a bit slow to start,but then it is outstanding. The graphics are top notch and when the zombies are getting close, I literally get goose bumps. This is a must have in your library!

Graphics aren't as good as I had expected. The game is still fun to play though. It's a mission style game with weapons. Worth renting, if I had it to do over again I wouldn't have bought it.
