Anyone who likes Zombie games. This is a must buy! Its got a good open world aspect. It also has great graphics. Doesnt lag or framerate drop at all.

While the gameplay and Co-op are the highlights of this game, the story is def. lacking. I played thru the single player most of the time and often found myself more entertained by playing the co-op/zombie mode rather actually playing the campaign. Story is very generic and cliché with underdeveloped characters. If you really enjoyed Dead Island, then this is the game for you, otherwise you'll find yourself like me beating the game and putting it back on the shelf. Nonetheless the game is still fun and would recommend if the price is low.

The controls are confusing, but once you get those down the game is good. It is challenging and I do enjoy it now that I have the controls down.

Great spiritual successor to dead island with just enough new additions to make it feel fresh. Took me about 40 hours to complete the story

The gameplay without internet was fun but you get past the full game quick. Online was great but too many bugs. Hopefully they fixed this.

Had a good story line and was rather beautiful. I just felt the game mechanics lacked and the story line became limited at certain parts.

When booting this game up, I wasn't too sure how the Parkour style would handle in a zombie beating open-world game. I was wrong, the running, sprinting, wall climbing, jumping, rolling mechanics help make this game one of the most entertaining games I have played all year. Pros - The Parkour Mechanic - Intense night gameplay - Co-op is available - Side missions - Weapon Crafting is fun Cons - Story was okay, clique moments but not bad Nothing else I can think of, this is easily one of my favorite games of the zombie genre.

The graphics are good and the story line is great but I wish you could actually make choices instead of following the character's choices

I almost play it everyday since I got it. It has an open world like call of duty or far cry style, but with Zombies! I highly recommend it.

Leaps and bounds more than I expected. I literally found myself for 2 solid weeks getting a few hours of sleep before work trying to play this game. There's tons of quests to do and I happen to focus on finding blueprints. I can't express the night I was up late with no lights on and I played night mode. Can you say insanely intense? This game is so much fun especially when you get a good co-op game going. Nothing like smashing zombies with your buddies. Grab this game it's totally worth the sleepless nights or days you'll have.

Dying Light easily beats out any other zombie-themed game I've ever played. I'm not huge into the zombie, nor horror, genre but this game is insanely fun and takes after Dead Island, naturally (same developers). I appreciate the much more darker theme in this game than Dead Island, while carrying over the extensive, yet primitive, weapon customization. The story fleshes out amazingly too. I'd highly recommend picking this game up if you have any doubts (I did at first, and I'm very happy I jumped on it).

I found this game to be quite fun. Parkour mixed in with zombies. Free roaming, mixed with zombies. Guns, mixed with zombies. Zombies, Zombies, and you guessed it; MORE ZOMBIES. The game is fun. You can make/build weapons and make them even more powerful. Plenty of easter eggs to be amused by. An okay story, but fun gameplay. I did not like the "Be the zombie" much, but as long as you like killing things and blowing things up mixed in with zombies, then you'll enjoy this game and won't be disappointing.

The controls take a little bit of time to get used to but once you do get familiar with them (just like any new game) they are not bad at all. Any small shortcomings in this game are heavily overcome by the awesome coop play that is allowed. Unlike the coop play in say Far Cry 4, in this game you can cooperatively work through the main story missions which is very cool. Pretty much every aspect of the game can be shared with up to 3 friends (4 player coop). There is noting like chopping down zombies with buddies!

Ithe game is not bad at all. Good adventure open world and tons of side missions! And more fun when playing with a few friends!

This game is amazing on the next gen consoles. Plenty of side missions and main missions to allow you to fully explore the world.

Though far from a perfect game this one does a few things right: great atmosphere, and you actually feel a bit of dread in the day to night transition (zombies get much more dangerous at night) and again relief as dawn breaks. Controls aren't perfect but don't get in the way. I don't think I'd call this true survival horror, but it isn't a shooter with a zombie theme slapped onto it either. I'll be interested to see if this franchise continues as I'd consider trying out the next installment.

This game has really surprised me, in a very pleasant way. Amazing game so far, big sandbox, cool zombies, and superb movement.

I've been playing lots of Zombie type games (COD, Left 4 Dead, Resident Evils, Dead Island, DayZ, etc...) and gotta say I am so far satisfied with this purchase (bought it for only 20.99 here on Best Buy when it was on SALE). The game user interface is just clean and sleek. The game is polished and little to no bugs whatsoever. Loads of fun and hilarious moments (Especially with Co-Op with friends). The storymode of the game is also enjoyable and I can't wait to finish it! BUY IT WHEN YOU CAN!

This game is a lot of fun. The zombies are a real challenge in the early game and the missions are fun. Late game, this changes, when you get to the second area. I felt like missions in the old town were bland and repetitive and the normal zombies fall in a single hit from your weapon. To make it a challenge they add new zombie types, but the regular shamblers frof the beginning were much more fun to fight. It is definitely worth a buy, as the game is still Fun up through twenty hours.

When I first heard about this game and that it was from the same folks who gave us Dead Island I was super excited. I loved the whole experiance of a truly free environment where you have to think and act for yourself in order stay alive. This game to me truly outdoes Dead Island in that there's so many player options to choose from. The weapon selection is nice, the mods to accessorize your weapons are fun and entertaining to collect, and the Stat system in my opinion is great in that it allows you to level your character up by three skull trees being survival, agility, and power. I truly don't understand the negative reviews for this game, I'm only about four hours into it and I'm having a blast, and for a true adrenaline rush, go out beyond the safe zones after nIghtfall! My only complaint with the game, and this is the only thing I agree on with the haters, is that the game really does lack a good soundtrack. You'll notice immediately when you are walking around or doing missions, music in the game is lacking. However, this to me could be seen as a good thing in that you must depend more on the environments sounds like the screaming of zombies to know they are coming, the breaking of doors to let you know a zombie is near, or human voices to que you in that thugs are near by and they are just as deadly as the undead. Anyways I suppose this game isn't for everybody but it is for me. It's truly fun to play and has me hooked!
