I went in expecting it to be a lot like some of the other zombie games I have played, but was met with an extremely polished parkour adventure game. The aspects of the games that relied on it were so well done that at some points I felt my heart racing when it came to night runs.

This game is by far a great zombie game. It resembles a bit of Left for Dead with Dead Rising combined. But the Parkour action is awesome! And it's even better when you can upgrade your players abilities when you have reached certain levels and accumulated points. GREAT BUY!!!

The only way I can describe this game is, the zombie apocalypse done RIGHT! It's a perfect mix of all the aspects of some of the greatest games out there. It's like assassin's creed meets fallout meets the zombie apocalypse. It's a must play, I would highly recommend this game!

Been lol'ing forward to the first big game of 2015 and if you like zombies then you won't be disappointed. Though I do suggest get some friends together and slaughter durning the day and RLH at night. There are some glitches but what game doesn't these days. Fun to be had here.

I believe this game went under the radar for 2015. Amazing game for the price! If you love zombies, which I don't really, then you will adore this game. I found it very addicting and fun! Bought an extra for my bro-in-law as a gift for his b-day. He's a zombie lover!

I've played thru the first initial missions which teach you how to play this unique game. You can literally climb anything and everything. It's fun to run from rooftop to rooftop. Next step is to run missions online with a group of other players. I would recommend this game, especially when it goes on sale.

If you loved Mirror edge and Dead island you'll love Dying Light. It took what you didn't like from dead island and added great social themes. If you're a zombie fan you'll love the killing mechanics, if youre willing to take the risk. For high speed fast killing zombie action

Dying light has been such a great game to play. The intensity kicks up a notch at night and it will have you running for your life across the city. The side missions and the free roaming concept make the gameplay much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this title.

I purchased this game on a whim, and boy howdy is it the best game purchase I've made in a while. The game played like a mix between FarCry, Mirror's Edge, and Dead Island. Remember to play with online features turned on to get the full breadth of what this game has to offer.

Excellent game! Pacing at the beginning is a little slow as it is primarily a tutorial. After the first couple of 'missions', batten down the hatches! If you are a fan of the first Dead Island game, Dying Light is made for you. Great story and...well, find out for yourself!

It's a pretty decent game in my opinion. It feels like dead island mixed with assassins creed. The weapons programming is a lot like dead island where the effectiveness degrades over time but instead of having to find a workbench to make repairs, you can do them on the fly with just some "metal parts" as well as crafting blueprint weapons which saves a lot of time finding and going to a certain place just to fix your favorite one. Some items have many useful features such as fireworks distracting enemies and also igniting fuel puddles on the ground which occasionally have an explosive barrel in them and make for a good area effective weapon. The day/night cycle can be a little quick for how big the map is and all the traversing required, it's almost like gta's where a real time second is about an in game minute, but if one doesn't want to play thru the night or get back to the main base there are safe houses all over the map, you just have to clear them out and close them up first.. All in all it's a fun game and is definitely worth a play through.

At first I had a couple doubts since the last couple horror games I played where horrable (evil within, alien: isolation). Once I played for about two hours I was hooked. Gameplay starts a bit slow but once you start unlocking skills, the game picks up quick. I would highly recommend this game to anyone.

The many side quests keep this game going longer than just the main storyline which also has some depth to it. I kept thinking the game would be over soon like many others.. Quick storyline but boy was I wrong. This one is worth the price. Plenty scary and worth playing.

very cool game. extremely graphic. more "realistic" than Dead Rising games, but similar concept. you can craft weapons with different upgrades and add-ons (fire, electricity, etc.). side missions are plentiful, and recommended if you want to upgrade your character faster.

From the moment you start the game the opening credits bring you in. As the scene unfolds you forget you are about to play a game as you settle in for what appears to be a movie. It reminds me of resident evil crossed with thief and it captures you and your imagination. Great game, highly recommend it.

Game is a lot of fun and has some different aspects that other zombie games don't have. Sometimes it gets frustrating when you are doing a mission and somebody jumps in as the zombie and you have to deal with them before moving on. Other than that it is a great game.

Think of all the stuff that dead island felt short on and this game picking it up. Game looks and feels awesome. Story is ok but game play is great. Definitely need to buy this game. Have a group of friends to play this game online and you'll have a blast for sure.

All games tend to be fun with friends. A group of us started at the same time and things were challenging. Then a random jumped in our game and plopped down all these weapons and upgrade material. Now it's not fun or challenging anymore. Moral of the story: don't take candy from strangers.

One of the better zombie games i have played recently. Night time is definitely terrifying and resembles a horror game as well. The free running is very neat and weapon modification definitely resembles Dead Island. Good addition if you like zombie games.

Dying Light combines leveling, exploration, fighting, and parkour for an all around perfect horror game. From creating your own weapons to crafting items to use, you control your inventory. There is just about infinite ways to kill a zombie. Highly entertaining!!
