The game takes a long time to download so be ready to wait. But once it gets loaded it is pretty fun. Night time is super nuts with all the faster moving zombies being active and its pretty tough at first until you get going. Its not like dead rising where they give you a bunch of guns they literally start you out with a pipe and it takes a while to find anything that can cause serious damage. I think that adds to the scary factor though so all in all its a pretty sweet game.

If you want a challanging game with a good story line and constant intensity, you found it. If you need hints and guides because you like life to be easy and handed to you as if you're a spoiled kid then theres other games out there. Dying Light gives help were its needed but challenges you to actually put yourself in the situation as if it's your own. This game has a day and night difference when compared to others...good luck.

It's a better looking dead island and a lot more intense. This game also has a decent story so far

Being a big fan of the Dead Island series I had high hopes for this game. I wasn't disappointed. It is everything I enjoyed from before and then some, especially the parkour. If you like killing zombies, open-world environments (including vertical climbing), and rpg elements then you can't go wrong with this game. Good graphics, sound, and gameplay mechanics as well as 4 player online coop plus a be-a-zombie mode thrown in.

Dying light is a great game with lots of action. You have to work really hard to beat this game.

Mirrors Edge meets FPS meets Left4Dead! This is a perfect mix of all these games into one!!!!

Story line is good. The park-our system is great, the fighting is where this game get it right, and the graphics are amazing. The night is freaking scary, I get frightened at night when the volatile are chasing me to the nearest safe zone... The game is great, if I were you definitely look into getting it because you will not be disappointed. I love the game and I hope you will too. GOOD NIGHT. GOOD LUCK.

An amazing open-world zombie game. Best zombie game to date. Very fun and addicting.

Not much needs to be said. Dying Light is a great game. Sure, we have a ton of survival horror games on the market, but Dying Light adds a new twist with the focus on survival and parkour. The game is genuinely exciting and scary when you're being chased in the night by tough foes. The voice acting is also top notch.

Surprisingly fantastic, frantic movement and tough combat that plateaus a bit early in the game, but remains consistent throughout the play through, In addition the support for the game continues and the expansion which is coming in the coming months has promised double the map/exploration area. I highly recommend the game, coming from someone who disliked dead island but loved mirrors edge.

This is the first zombie/survival game I've played and it was very enjoyable. Combat, crafting, items/weapons are all done very well. Graphics and gameplay are great as well. Story is alright, but not the best. My only issues were with some FPS drops on the Xbox One from time to time. Definitely get this game if you've never played this genre before or obviously if you're a fan of the genre.

this game is extremely fun. if you like open world games like fallout then this is for you. map isnt as big of course but still fun to walk around, loot crates and find armor and weapons. tons of side quests and main quests. if you enjoyed left 4 dead or dead island then you will surely enjoy smashing zombies on here. best of all there is 5 player co-op so its great to hang around with friends.

The game play is decent considering the controls aredifficult to get used to. Overall worth a play.

I've played for 2 days and am about 11 percent into the story after 16 hours, it reminds me of elderscrolls but with zombies, voice acting is good, story is a little thin but to be expected with a zombie game, some humor is included along the way, tons of loot, ign gave it a 8.5 but I'd give it a 9. I doubt I'd replay it after I'm done but definitely worth a buy and trade when you're done.
