WOWZERS! My teenage son is a gamer and he was using wireless Wi-Fi to game. Sooooo slow. I bought this gem of a cat-6 cable for under $10 and hooked up the router directly to my son's computer. He is now a very happy camper! Thank you Best Buy and Dynex for providing a high quality cable at a very affordable price. Highly recommend with 5 shiny gold stars.

Our Xfinity speeds dropped off a cliff over the summer which prompted me to overhaul the entire house with Cat-6 cabling. Overkill? Most certainly, yes. However, the speed for our network speeds has almost doubled since installing these cables. Are the cables just that good? Undoubtedly, No. It's just that we had CAT-5 run through the house back in 2008 and the condition of those cables has undoubtedly degraded over time. We were due for an update and these cables are of MUCH higher quality than the original cables we'd run through our home. Looking forward to years of speedy internet thanks to these blue babies. :D

Had a severe dead spot in my apartment where my WiFi router could not reach from the front to the rear. Ran this 100' cable from the front to the Rear and to a Linksys router I picked up from goodwill and boom. Absolutely cheap solution at high speed. Internet speed drop was not much at all at this 100' distance too thankfully! Run stable gaming on it easily from PC, Xbox, Switch, etc. Definitely is solid and works well. The color blue kind of stands out unfortunately. Wish it was Black or White but oh well. 100% internet saver if you need far Ethernet and on a budget.

Much cheaper than any other cables in the store. I was looking for a 50 foot cable so I could snake it around my room going behind my bed, behind my nightstand, behind my dresser, behind a shelf, and to my computer without having a cable running across the floor where I could trip over it. I went to the aisle with ethernet cables and for a 50 foot Cable it was 16-40 dollars. A cable is a cable it either has enough twisted pairs (in Ethernet’s case) to carry the amount of data you need per second (throughput) or it doesn’t. For my application I didn’t need some fancy cat7 cable or a cable that is rated for outdoor use. Do note that if you are doing a longer ethernet run (over 100 meters) and/or that run will have the cable be exposed to the elements, then you should consider getting a higher rated cable. But if you just need a cable that’s going to run from your router to your computer, or to wire up in wall RJ45 sockets this should be fine (building codes withstanding depending on what you are doing. Love this cable and the price!

This cable is very good. 50 feet for the price I paid was excellent. Cable is cable. They all have the same certifications. Why pay for a higher brand name for the exact same cable? Makes no sense. Best Buy is very limited on brand name cables. There were only two bands that I could pick from. One was very expensive and this one was much cheaper with an extra 25 feet longer than I need. The longer the cord the better so I can always use this for future use if I move my TV around in my room. The cable ends on this one is covered which is awesome! I like that. Very good quality and works very well. No lag or anything. Speed test was spot one with this. I’m happy! Thank you Best Buy for giving your customers a choice and not sticking it to them or forcing them to buy a certain brand. That’s why I shop with you company and avoid other stores!

I needed to upgrade my old belkin 50 foot cat 5. It was soo old that it has several tears from stress. But still works. Tho I needed something better for my gaming rig and ps4 pro. I play daily and felt as if the apple wasn’t right. So I have this cable a shot hoping to get better speeds. And I ca.mn for sure I see and feel the difference plus the speed test results are higher. I’m very happy. But I should have bought this a lot time ago. And at the regular price this can’t be beat. Even cheaper than amazon. Hands down a great upgrade if you don’t mine the long wires.

It’s a really good cable as far as it being sturdy. I got it because cod sucked on wifi honestly, sounds odd but, i found it to be a good reason to go wired. It actually helped A TON. Oddly enough, on wifi I’d get about 2 to 10 mbps upload (normal). On this Ethernet somehow my upload is up to 30! Sometimes 50. I don’t think it’s actually doing that but the PS4 is measuring that so, cool! Download is in the 100s on either wired or wireless which sounded about right to me. Either way if you wanna game online, it’s a good cable.

Great durability. Pretty sure no one will be able to gnaw through this cat-6 cable like they've been able to with smaller-gauge wires. 25' is probably enough for most jobs, but if it's a full-family banger, I'd recommend 50'. That should be plenty of cable to secure four or more full-size adults and/or children, and blue is generally considered a calming color - which will come in handy. It's probably good for connecting a computer to a router too.
