I bought 2 of these about 18 months ago. Worked great until this morning. I wake up and both of them, simulataneously, stopped working. All the devices connected to them were fine, thankfully. However, they smell like smoke and no longer work. No power surge at the house, no other devices stopped working, no other power strips failed. Just two of these, at the same time, in different parts of the house, smell like they caught on fire and stopped working.

Can't beat the quantity protected outlets for the cost.

Great surge protector, USB ports are great, and very cheap considering the joules rating. Only problem is outlets are really close together. One big adapter will swallow almost half the available plugs.

Usb is only 1.0 so charging a note 9 phone will take for ever using the usb, plug wise for being cheap is actually awesome i can fit 12 of my cords on it at 1 time

Nice surge protector/power strip. It works well and the surge protector works as required. ***NOTE*** The only negative is the plastic protective covers for the outlets. They all came off easily while plugging items in. If you have a small child around, you will probably want to just take all of them off so the child doesn't get a hold of them and put them in their mouth. Big chocking hazard! Dynex should redesign the safety covers or just remove them.

the outlets work fine but most of them are to close together so your not able to plug ac adapters next to each other.usb plug ins are a good addition though

This meets the need, a plethora of sockets to plug in all your devices and a couple usb sockets to charge my phones too. Perfect in every way.

I had my toaster and my microwave plugged into this and every time I’m using both at the same time it turns off. I don’t like it. Has a lot of outlets but It’s not powerful at all

Got this one for 2 reasons: 1) Provide outlets and USB in one surge protector 2) Right angle plug into the wall This thing has lots of outlets that face varying directions to accommodate all the different plug styles and chargers I use. The right angle plug is very flat to the wall and keeps the cord out of the walkway well.

I needed a power strip with more outlets that were spaced out to allow for the varying sizes of plug ins. This fit the bill.

Seems to have cleaned up multiple extension cords for me. One of the outlets didn't and still doesn't work, but it wasn't worth my time and effort to return it.

Not the best, but got at a decent price on a daily deal. Some of the grey sliding plug covers have come off. Don’t think I would recommend even at this price point.

Lasted only a year! power outage hit and now it will not turn back, do yourself a favor and oped for a better one

Purchased this surge protector after looking on multiple websites and stores to find a larger surge protector. Was using 2 different surge protectors for my main living room TV and found this one. Nice how the ports are far enough away to adequately put different sized plugs in it.

it's ok not much to say about it, works, what else can be said about it

got it for my entertainment center. be careful some of the silver plastic hole plug can come off.
