I purchased this Surge Protector online and picked it up in store. Straight out of the box, one of the USB Ports does not work. Now I must disconnect my home office equipment and drive 20 minutes to return it. The customer assistance phone number listed in the instructions was not a number available to be dialed from the US. Looked the phone number up online and customer service was unable to assist.

However, it is not product itself that I dont like, it the person that designed the way too small holes on the back that allows us to secure the outlets whereever we want. the holes are so small, i had to bring it in to a Lowes to find screws small enough....and it took over 10 min to find these screws. Who thinks these things thru? I got so POd I bought a different one at Lowes. And every outlet at Lowes had holes in the back twice the size.

For Normal plugs it would be great.
