Great Device!!!

Did not fit my PATA
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was assured by the (young) sales clerk PATA's were seldom used, and the SATA would work from my old laptop [no PATA's in stock]. The key is PARALELL pins vs stratified. I returned the SATA and bought the same brand in a PATA on line from another provider.

Worked but did not fit in case

Removed hard drive but did not fit all the way in the case due to internal grooves on case. Still able to connect to new Mac and get data transferred but no way to safely store d hard drive.
