While playing Pokemon Go with my kids it became apparent that I would need a charger on hand to keep my phone alive. I found inexpensive to costly chargers, one with all sorts of functions, multiple charges, sizes, etc. This charger ended up being the perfect solution. 1. It's expensive so I don't have to worry if I drop it, lose it, let it get borrowed. I actually got it BOGO, so it was even better. 2. It's small and lightweight. It fits easily in my purse and my pocket. It's not noticeable and so I can always have it on hand either always storing one in my purse or taking one on long walks through the parks without any bother. 3. It gives a full battery charge. I can either use it while playing on the go and it keeps my phone fully charged or use it when my battery is down to 20% and it will recharge the full to full plus keep it going for a while. It only does 1 full charge, but that is all I need and what I prefer rather then tracking how many charges I've used before charging. 4. It's easy to charge. After using it, I simply bring it in, plug it in, the light turns red, I let it charge while I sleep. In the morning the light is blue (signaling it's all done) and away we go. The charger is perfect for keeping handy and on the go full battery charging of my iPhone 6. Couldn't be happier.

I got this battery backup as an emergency case for my phone. This battery charges good and holds the charge very well. But I was thinking this battery backup would allow me to use my phone, even on power save mode, for a day. Unfortunately, I was only able to use my phone for a few hours. Still, this was my expectation not the fault of the battery. Good product.

My Dynex portbale charger has come ihandy mroe than a few times since I purchased it. Fits in my pocket easily and as long as I remember to bring with me gives me the juice my phone needs at the end of the day before getting home to recharge it. For the price its great. I would upgrade to a fast charging version if made available at a reasonable price.

This is a good product at $8 price. With my windows Lumia 925 I have always found a need of such thing because the phone drains a lot of battery. This bank charges within 30 mins. Again good for the price, not the best one though. If you want something best, try segate etc or even try Solar powered banks.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my brother who works for the DOT. A lot of the time he is on the road, so I thought this would be good for him during those long shifts when he doesn't have access to an outlet. It worked perfectly and he loved it. He just charges it up overnight and is able to get one full charge on his smartphone. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Bought this, charged it up, and plugged in my dead cell phone (LG Optimus Fuel) to test it out. 10 minutes later I had 8% battery power, enough to turn it on and make a phone call. Since this will be used for emergency backup, I'd say it did the job. It is helpful that it has red and green light indicators to let you know when it is charged up. Overall seems like a decent value.

I wasn't sure this would work as well as it did, but I was able to get almost a full recharge from it (for my iPhone 6). For something that I got for $1, that's better than expected and given that I was on a hiking trip and only needed it to recharge my phone for the walk back, it was perfect! Definitely recommended for all your short-term recharge needs~

I bought this because I wanted the small cord that came with it in order to plug my Firestick into the USB of my tv without having a long cord. I tried the battery back out it was fine but my phone has a pretty big battery that takes a long time to charge I used the pack in one charge on my phone so its ok in a bind but that's about it for my phone.

I found this while I was walking around Best Buy. Yes, an impulse buy and it was on sale. I usually don't need a charger as I charge my iPhone, iPad at home or in the car. I have used this a couple of times when I was out and an electrical outlet was not handy. It brought my iPad Pro up from about 12% to about 45%. Enough to get me through the time I need to have charge. It brought my iPhone up from about 8% to about 95%. So, yes it is handy. You just have to remember to have it with you when you head out.

I was travelling around and the Cell phone being used for directions and as a camera, the battery needed constant charging and more importantly portable charging. This battery bank served the purpose. A very light, slim and sleek with quick recharging and charging of my cell phone. For this price point, I highly recommend this product

This I have to say is a 5* product based on just the price alone. It was extremely cheap when on sale and is a perfect small backup that can be kept in my bag or my other half's purse. It is not a 5* review however as the technology is a little older and packs less charge than some of the more modern ones available that are similar size/weight.

I bought one of these a few years ago when I knew I was going to be out shopping all day and the likelihood of getting to a charger was low. I've seen more expensive products that do the same thing and because I wasn't sure how useful I would find this, I decided on this particular product. I was not disappointed. When my phone got below 20%, I connected it to this little gem and was back up and running in no time. It was a good for almost a full charge for me from about 20% and a friend who was at about 50%. Money well spent.

I've owned 6 different portable chargers in varying price ranges. I don't mind spending $ to get reliability and quality - but given that I only paid $6 for this, it performs very well. Recharges my cell phone quickly and seems to hold its own charge for several days (that's the longest I've gone having it idle but charged before using it to charge my phone).

I’ve used a couple of generations of this battery charger. The usefulness of these devices has declined as battery life as improved across the spectrum of portable electronics. However, these perform well then you are in a pinch for power. They fit easily in backpack or purse. Be sure to have a micro usb cable present when storing.

I've given these items as gifts, and purchased for myself for travel. For me, it's great to have a spare power source for those long days when the phone battery is drained and you're away from a reliable power source. This pocket-sized item will take an iPhone back up to 80% power before giving out. For the price, it's hard to beat.

Works exactly as it's supposed to. On my phone, an LG V10, it will give me anywhere between 50-60% more juice, less though if I'm actively trying to use the phone at the same time. If you're looking for something that will give you 100% charge when empty, step up to a larger charger. Then again, for the price this can't be beat.

I love having this charger. I charge it connected to the pc at night and keep it with me during the day. I have been able to charge my cell phone and two tablets in one day. The cell phone was at 30%, one tablet was 40%, and the last tablet was 10%. Each item was charged to 90% before the portable charger died. I am happy with this purchase.

My cell phone's battery is shot, so I picked up this external power source for $7.99. It keeps me going for 3 - 4 hours of heavy use (audio and games at the same time). Wish I had a better gauge of how much juice is left in the tank (it starts to flash as it runs low, but it's an imperfect measure). For the price I don't think you'll beat it.
