Since everything… (covid) I don't have access to a ups near me nor can I travel to another best buy location as I have an elderly parent im responsible for. With sharing that knowledge the Rep states well theres nothing I can do for you its either you return it or no refund… so needless to say I went somewhere else for a new cord… got one from ebay and no problems.. Guess best buys isn't always a Best Buy…

An not so great ethernet cord
