A cheap but low quality display port cable. It works when it's plugged in. However it doesn't have the retention tabs, so it comes loose too easily.

After I purchased it, I realized that the display port didn't with my Dell monitor and display port / base

Good price compared to others and good delivery but didn’t accomplish what I wanted it to so returned.

It was ok, but I had flicker on one of my computer monitors. I returned it for a better quality cord.

This cable was unable to recognize my monitors. With this cable, Windows saw them as generic displays, and could not display any resolutions higher than 1080p or at more than a 60Hz refresh rate. I tried a recent Samsung 90Hz WQHD, an old Acer 75Hz 1080p, and a 4-year-old Vizio 4k 60Hz TV, all of which work perfectly using native HDMI or native DP (the Samsung was the only one with native DP), but all had the same problem using this convertor. It would also frequently lose signal. I'd then have to disconnect it (from the display side, disconnecting the PC side didn't help) and reconnect it in order to be able to detect the monitor. Purchased a similarly-priced cable from elsewhere (specifically looking for "4k" in the description) and have had zero problems. This one's going back.

It's an HDMI cable but there is better ones out there.

Wouldn’t work with my display port. Maybe my PC, but no reason it shouldn’t work with it.

The packaging for this cable did not specify that this is a directional cable, meaning that DisplayPort must be in the input position (source, computer, etc) and the HDMI must be the output (screen, tv). I had to return this and use a different cable.

Good cord for the cost. Seams strong and durable. I would buy this again.

Don't be fooled with this cable, it's a one-way cable. It only works if the output is DP and the display is HDMI. If you have a computer, for example, with HDMI and a monitor with DP, it does NOT output, regardless of what the employee says. Just return it if you've already bought it for that purpose.

Wish I saw a review that said this cable was not 4k. It got such amazing reviews that I thought it was. I’m running an Nivida 1080ti to a Samsung Q80. My HDMI is going to an HTC Vive so I needed a display port cable to go to my 4k tv. This isn’t it. Giving 2 stars based on quality alone.

So far it looks ok. It's still in the same Package it came in when I picked it up at the BestBuy store. I ordered it online and had it delivered to the Store for me to pick up. So far I found out the Hard way I can't use it, basically because I already had a HDMI to Display Port cable and the PC I bought only had one port. So Now I am out ($14.00).

Delivers good picture quality and is easy to utilize.

This item is coupled with the docking station purchase. It is required to connect one of my monitors to the docking station. Despite it is Dynex not other fancy brand and the price is cheap, it is working like a charm. Good cable choice for those who wants to save some money.

It is a nice cable but only for simple stuff, not for gaming.

Useless if you are trying to use an HDMI port on a laptop or base to a Display port. Description should alert you to the fact that because of the voltage different the cable will not work to use an additional monitor.
